How often texts come

Each person picks a pace for the texts Coach Eric starts: one or two texts a week, three or four a week, or about once a day. Coach Eric never texts first during quiet hours, which default to 8pm to 7:30am in the person’s timezone. Replies to texts they send are not limited.
